Beepa provides communication and marketplace technology. It is not a party to private conversations, arrangements, services, sales, or conduct between users unless Beepa expressly says otherwise.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for your account, content, communications, and private arrangements. Use Beepa lawfully, respectfully, and safely. Do not treat Beepa as emergency services or as a guarantee of another user’s identity, conduct, availability, or performance.

Prohibited Conduct

Fraud, scams, spam, harassment, threats, exploitation, illegal content or transactions, stolen content, impersonation, account abuse, payment circumvention, and attempts to compromise the service are prohibited. Beepa may investigate, restrict features, suspend accounts, and report conduct when necessary.

Privacy And Security

Keep your device and credentials secure. Beepa applies reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or absolutely secure communications, devices, networks, or third-party services.

Payments And Disputes

Applicable fees and payment terms are shown before payment or withdrawal. Beepa may delay, reverse, or review transactions for fraud, disputes, chargebacks, policy breaches, or legal compliance. Contact support@beepa.co.za with a transaction reference and relevant evidence.

Suspension And Termination

Beepa may restrict or terminate access where it reasonably identifies a policy, safety, security, fraud, payment, or legal risk. These terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Obtain independent legal review before publishing this policy.
