By using Beepa, users agree to act lawfully, provide accurate information, respect other users, and only sell services or digital products they are allowed to provide.
Acceptable Use
Prohibited activity includes fraud, spam, harassment, illegal content, stolen content, impersonation, self-referrals, duplicate abuse accounts, and attempts to bypass platform payments or fees.
Platform Fees
Beepa may charge marketplace, digital product, Pay2Chat, premium membership, withdrawal, advertising, and promoted listing fees. Fees are shown before payment or withdrawal where applicable.
Suspension And Termination
Beepa may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts for policy violations, safety risk, fraud checks, disputes, chargebacks, or legal compliance.
Disputes
Users should contact support@beepa.co.za with transaction references and evidence. Beepa may pause withdrawals while a dispute or chargeback is reviewed.
