Creator/Seller Agreement

This agreement applies to service providers, digital sellers, and Pay2Chat creators using Beepa.

Fees And Commission

Beepa may charge 10% on services, 10% on digital products, fixed R5 on Pay2Chat transactions between R20 and R50, percentage Pay2Chat fees outside that range, and 100% of premium membership revenue.

Withdrawals

Creators may request withdrawals from available wallet balance once they reach R150. A R5 withdrawal fee applies. Withdrawals can be delayed for fraud checks, disputes, chargebacks, account review, or compliance checks.

Content Ownership

Creators keep ownership of their lawful content but grant Beepa the rights needed to host, display, deliver, process, and support listings and sales.

Prohibited Activities

Creators may not sell illegal, stolen, harmful, misleading, infringing, adult exploitation, or fraudulent content or services, and may not move buyers off-platform to avoid fees.
