Beepa collects account, profile, messaging, device, payment, wallet, referral, support, and usage information needed to provide the platform.
Data Storage
Data is stored securely in Beepa systems and trusted service providers. Messages, transaction records, withdrawal requests, and audit records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, disputes, tax, or compliance.
Payments
Payments are processed by Paystack or approved payment providers. Beepa stores payment references, status, amount, purpose, user, creator, and wallet ledger records. Secret payment keys are never exposed in frontend code.
Cookies And Device Data
Beepa may use local storage, cookies, push tokens, and device identifiers to keep users signed in, deliver notifications, support offline behavior, and improve reliability.
User Rights
Users may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting support@beepa.co.za. Some records may be retained where legally or operationally required.
Account Deletion
Users can request account deletion from the app or by email. Beepa may delay deletion where fraud checks, disputes, withdrawals, chargebacks, or legal obligations are active.
