Premium access is normally activated immediately after successful payment verification.

Digital products are delivered immediately where automated delivery is available, or within the timeline stated on the listing.

Creator Services

Service timelines are agreed between buyer and creator and should be stated clearly on the listing or chat.

Wallet Credits

Creator earnings are credited to Beepa Wallet after successful payment verification and may be marked pending during fraud, dispute, or settlement review.

Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal is R150. A fixed R5 withdrawal fee applies. Approved withdrawals are processed within 1-3 business days and are not transferred instantly.
